Forgotton passwords

Use the forgotten password page to reset your password to something new when you cannot remember it. This is available from the DIOS home page (when you are logged out).

Request a new user/account

New users to the system can be requested by anyone. The "Request an account" form can be easily found on the DIOS home page before logging in. New users do need to be authorised before their account is fully active. The process is:

• The new user completes the "Request an account" form.
• An email is sent to the Administrator of the appropriate organisation for authorisation.
• Once authorisation is complete an email is sent to the new user telling them how to set their password by following an unique link.
• The new user then sets their password, which only they know, and can continue to log in to the system.
